Pavilion Rental

Our outdoor covered pavilion offers a great space to gather with friends and family. If you are considering holding a private event with us please read the important information below! 

  • Mineral Hills Winery (MHW) will rent its pavilion at a rate of $275.00/hr. Typically we will only rent the pavilion off normal core business hours (e.g. Before 12:30 PM Fri.-Sun., After 5:00 PM Fri.-Sun.). 
  • Mon. - Thurs. Pavilion rentals are negotiable.
  • We prefer events to conclude at 8:30 PM. 
  • Mineral Hills Winery requires a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
  • Rental includes use of the pavilion, tables and chairs (to seat 50) and propane heaters if needed.
  • Massachusetts State Law prohibits consumption of alcohol on the premise that has not been purchased at Mineral Hills Winery.
  • ONLY Mineral Hills Wine is allowed. You may bring sodas and/or water. (we reserve the right to check coolers)
  • Wine tastings for large groups, must be arranged in advance.
  • Large groups (15 or more) please designate one person to pay for wine tastings and be the point person for questions.
  • If a private server is needed in the pavilion bar the fee is $50.00 per hour.
  • Use of the patio/fire pit area must be shared with other MHW customers unless other arrangements have been made. You may reserve the back patio and fire pit in addition to the pavilion itself for an additional fee of $125 per hour
  • Please clean up after your party. Trash cans and recycle containers are in the pavilion as well as boxes for empty glass bottles. thank you for your consideration and help.


    Table reservations for small groups: 

  • If you do not require the whole pavilion, but have a small group coming to visit us during normal business hours, we are glad to reserve a few tables (10-12 people) in the pavilion at no charge.  Reservation will be removed 20 minutes beyond reservation time.  Other customers may also be in the pavilion.
